Please let us know:
- The version number of PYTHEAS
MailGate (visible on the About page);
- A description of the problem
or observation.
- A session log message that
shows the event in question (more information here). You can
also send us the significant text visible in the program PYTHEAS
MailGate Remote Control, preferably transferred in an email by copy /
paste.
- The configuration
file (PMailGat.INI). In the file you send, replace
the (encrypted) passwords of the POP3 accounts with XXXXXX.
- Your technical
support contract number (Support Contract ID) if you have one
